Luck

For the past few weeks, every morning as I walk down to the bus stop, I always study every patch of clovers looking for a mutated one with four leaves instead of three. Because, at some point in time, some person found a dysfunctional, oddball clover with four leaves and declared it lucky. He, along with certain others, probably thought hey, maybe different is lucky. And thus inspired the lucky four leaf clovers growing in the Someplace where I'll never be able to find them and six-toed cats running amuck at Somewhere, Florida. But they're there, and the world knows where they are, and since the world knows and we're part of the world, we know too.
Only we have our doubts.
